Operated by LCJVS Culinary Arts students and guided by Chef Jordan Krystowski, the Buckeye Room Restaurant offers a professional dining experience where students showcase their skills — open to the public throughout the school year.

A New School Year. A Fresh Season at the Table.

The Buckeye Room is preparing to welcome guests for the 2026–27 school year! Join Lorain County JVS Culinary Arts students for a four-course meal that showcases their skills and gives them valuable experience preparing and serving guests.

Dining Experience: Four courses and beverages for $20 per guest.

Arrival & Service: Please arrive at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. start. Meals are served plated banquet style, with service concluding at 12:30 p.m.
