Operated by LCJVS Culinary Arts students and guided by Chef Jordan Krystowski, the Buckeye Room Restaurant offers a professional dining experience where students showcase their skills — open to the public throughout the school year.

The Buckeye Room is Fully Booked for the 2024-25 School Year! 

Thank you to everyone for the overwhelming support and interest in our Buckeye Room! We know this may be disappointing to those who were hoping to book, and we truly appreciate your enthusiasm. Please stay tuned — we’ll share updates as soon as next year’s reservation calendar opens.

 

Lorain County JVS Culinary Arts students are excited to welcome the public into their Buckeye Room Restaurant for the upcoming school year and look forward to serving you. The meal will consist of 4 courses and beverages for $20. 

When: The Buckeye Room service will be plated banquet style with arrival at 10:45 am for an 11:00 start. The service will run until 12:30 pm.
