Greenhouse

A wide variety of plants are available including holiday poinsettias and greenery, and fresh flowers, annual and vegetable flats, perennials, hanging baskets, ferns, and pouches. Prices range from $3.00-$20.00 depending on size and variety.

The Greenhouse is open for fresh flower arrangements and corsages during the school year. Orders must be placed two days in advance of when needed by calling the program instructor.

When: The Landscape and Greenhouse Management students host Holiday plant sales in December and spring plant sales in May.

🎄Annual Poinsettia and Wreath Sale

Add a touch of holiday magic to your home or office! The Lorain County JVS Landscape and Greenhouse Management program is excited to announce its annual Poinsettia and Wreath Sale, starting Monday, November 24, 2025.

The greenhouse will be open for sales during the following dates and times: 

• November 24 and 25 | 8:00 – 10:00 am and 12:00 – 1:30 pm

• December 1 – 5 | 8:00 – 10:00 am and 12:00 – 1:30 pm

• December 8 – 12 | 8:00 – 10:00 am and 12:00 – 1:30 pm

Sales will continue through Friday, December 12, or until items are sold out.

Prices:

• Poinsettias range from $5.00 – $14.00 depending on size, with the option to add paint or glitter for just $1.00 extra
• Holiday wreaths are available in two styles: 
  • Pine wreaths for $12.00
  • Boxwood wreaths for $15.00
