Patriot Day at LCJVS Home

An Annual Tradition of Remembrance.

Every September, the LCJVS community gathers at the Patriot Day Memorial to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the courage of first responders and service members, and reflect on the resilience of our nation.

 

The annual ceremony brings together students, staff, veterans, first responders, elected officials, and community members for a meaningful program featuring the Presentation of Colors, patriotic music, student participation, guest speakers, and a moment of remembrance. As each new class joins in this tradition, the promise to never forget is carried forward.

Patriot Day Through the Years 

Since the dedication of the memorial, LCJVS has commemorated Patriot Day through annual ceremonies and moments of remembrance. While a formal ceremony was not held every year due to scheduling or extraordinary circumstances, our commitment to honor September 11 has remained unchanged.
