- We Love Sully: Perhaps the biggest moment of the month will be when Officer Pat Sullivan retires from the Avon Police Department, a second retirement, and perhaps his most rewarding. Officer Sullivan has kept us safe for more an a decade and to say we value and adore him is an understatement. Sully has been ever vigilant, and advocate for students, and the epitome of an “officer and a gentleman.” From Sully’s roadside and parking lot safety videos, See Something Say Something presentations, and making sure families have food and students have supplies, Officer Sullivan has been a key component to our school climate. The Eagles have LOVED Suly. We wish him and his wife, Karen a beautiful true retirement.
